Beyond Hydrography - Marine Geomatics at the University of Florida

Florida depends on the oceans, yet its waters have not been extensively mapped to highest standards. While there is a need for marine spatial data wide range of applications and issues, also develop acquisition, processing, analytical workflows integrate different surveying instruments that can capture complex extensive coastal environment – both above below waterline. This note provides an overview research performed by scientists at School Forest, Fisheries, Geomatics Sciences, University Florida, in field hydrography geomatics.
